FAQs
What does kerbside delivery mean?
Kerbside means delivery to your kerb, driveway entrance, or the nearest safe access point. Pallet trucks can only operate on solid, level surfaces.
What time will my delivery arrive?
Standard deliveries take place between 8:00am and 6:00pm. AM/PM options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.
Can I book a Saturday delivery?
Saturday delivery is available on request (additional charges apply). Please call us before ordering so we can confirm availability and the latest cut-off.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, we send tracking details by email.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland or outside the UK?
Online checkout delivery is not available for BT postcodes (Northern Ireland) or any address outside of the UK. If your postcode isn’t accepted at checkout, please contact us.
Can I get next working day delivery?
Yes. Choose Express Delivery at checkout (additional charge). Orders placed before 11:00am (Mon–Thu) are delivered the next working day, subject to stock availability and courier network capacity.
What if access to my property is difficult?
If access is restricted (narrow lanes, tight turns, steep slopes, gravel or soft ground), delivery may only be possible to the nearest safe point. Contact us before ordering for advice.
What happens if my delivery arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery on arrival. Note any visible damage on the driver’s paperwork/device. If goods are severely damaged, you may refuse the delivery.
