Terms of Delivery

Economy Delivery
  • You can select your preferred delivery date above.
  • Please provide us with a daytime telephone number so that we can contact you about your delivery.
  • Delivery to most UK addresses is free, however, some postcodes will incur a surcharge and this will show on the next page.
  • Our nationwide deliveries are carried out by a 3rd party delivery company. The delivery wagons can be up to 18 tonnes in size.
  • Slightly smaller 7.5 tonne delivery wagons can be requested. These wagons can only deliver pallets weighing up to 750kg. If you require a smaller wagon, please say so in the Add order notes section above.
  • If delivery is refused then a charge for returning the goods will be made to the customer.
  • Deliveries are kerbside only. The couriers have no obligation to deliver the pallet exactly where you want it.
  • Pallets cannot be moved on the following surfaces; gravel, shingle, grass, cobbles or any other soft or uneven surfaces.
  • Pallets cannot be moved on sloping surfaces.
Express Delivery
  • You can upgrade to a faster Express Delivery service on the next page.
  • The option will become available after you have logged in or entered the delivery address.
  • There is a cut-off time for placing an Express Delivery order of 11:00am weekdays.
  • An Express Delivery order placed on a weekday before 11:00am will be dispatched on the same day and delivered on the following weekday.
  • If you would like an Express Delivery on a specific day, leave the details in the Add order notes section above.
  • Express Delivery orders placed after 11:00am on a Friday are sent out on the following Monday and delivered on the Tuesday.
  • Express Delivery orders placed before 11:00am on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. 
Dispatch
  • Orders are sent out on weekdays Monday to Friday inclusive. Any orders placed over a weekend will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Days
  • Deliveries take place on weekdays, Monday to Friday.
  • Delivery times can be anywhere between 8am and 6pm.
  • No deliveries take place on Bank Holidays or other National Holidays.
Unsigned Deliveries
  • In certain circumstances, orders can be left unattended without a signature. 
  • In order to be able to leave an order without a signature, it must be easy for the delivery driver to move your order onto private property (hard level surface, no gravel, no grass, no slopes).
  • Pallets cannot be left unsigned without a signature on public property.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any deliveries where you have asked us or the courier to leave the order without a signature.
Timed Deliveries - Morning or Afternoon
  • You can upgrade your delivery to a Morning or Afternoon service on the next page.
  • Enter your address details and the options will be available for the majority of UK postcodes.
  • There is an additional charge for this service of £15.
Saturday Deliveries
  • Saturday deliveries can be arranged but the order must be placed with us by 11:00 on the Wednesday prior to the delivery.
  • There is a minimum additional charge for this service of £60, but can be more depending on the size and location of the delivery.
