If you have a question before buying please contact us, we can advise on the best fuel for your appliance, typical burn characteristics, and storage tips to keep your fuel performing at its best. We can also help you decide between pallet and parcel delivery, explain what kerbside delivery means, and confirm any access considerations if your property has narrow lanes, steep drives, or limited turning space.

Sharing a few details such as your postcode, the type of stove or fire you have, and whether you prefer a one-off order or regular supply will help us respond faster and more accurately.  For existing orders, please include your order number and the name and postcode used at checkout, along with a brief summary of what you need help with. This allows us to locate your order quickly and provide an update on dispatch, tracking, or delivery scheduling.

If you have received a delivery and something is not as expected, please let us know as soon as possible and, where helpful, include photos of the item and any labels. We will always aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
